Refund and Returns Policy

At Zayan Shopping Qatar we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Return and Exchange Policy is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our customers.

1. Returns:

1.1 Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 1 days from the date of delivery.

    Returnable Conditions

    We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

    • Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

    1.2 Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at support@zayanshoppingqatar.com or WhatsApp at 0097455240981 with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
    • Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
    • Once your return request is received , we will schedule return pickup from our courier partner and will be picked up within 1-3 working days. 
    • Once the returned order reached our warehouse, we will initiate your Refund/Exchange within 1-2 workings days. Every tracking will be shared in your email/SMS/Whatsapp for your reference. 

    1.3 Refunds:

    • Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-4 working days.

    • To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Support team at support@zayanshoppingqatar.com with your order number and details about the issue.
    • Our team will provide you with an exchange authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
    • Once your exchange is approved, we will process the replacement and provide you with the new tracking details.

    3. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

    • Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
    • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
    • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

    4. Return Shipping:

    • We are responsible for return shipping costs, it will be proceed from our end. Customers just need to pack the return product in original packing with bill. Our delivery agent will come and collect the item from customer’s origin address.
